Please, make note of the No-Show/Late Cancellation Policy -if you miss an appointment with no call you will have to pay $25 or the full value of your service - whichever is the lesser amount. (A missed Eyebrow appointment will be charged $15 or a missed Brazilian will be charged $25, etc.) Calls on the same day will be considered a No-Show and the No-Show fee will be due and payable. Reschedules may be accommodated, if there is an emergency, at the discretion of your technician. Please, be aware if you miss your appointment you may have taken a time another client needed, so please call at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments which are part of a Package will be forfeited unless $25 reinstatement fee is paid. If you are scheduled for multiple services you must call before to cancel any of these - (ie if you have Brazilian and Leg - it is too late to cancel the Leg service during the appointment time)

Children are welcome in the waiting area provided they can sit quietly. If they are disruptive or unable to sit still, I am sorry, but you will need to schedule for another time. If they break or damage anything you will be responsible for replacement or repair expenses.
